Was seen by nurse straight away. The doctor came after 15 mins which was very good. Very impressed by how quick they saw us. Very happy with the care and service we got.

Checked my BP, temperature and chest.
But the doctor was verging on rude. No compassion, made me feel 10 x worse even though it was only a viral.
A smile goes a long way!
I was waiting 2.5 hours!

Speed of triage good.
Speed of radiology for X-ray good.
Wait for minors poor.
Not pleased with outcome as I waited for a long time limping around and seen and finished within 5 mins.
Had to ask for ankle brace otherwise would have been sent home with "rice' first aid I am already aware of.

We were happy about the speed at which all the necessary tests were taken. But we had to wait a long time for the doctor to come and tell us the results and tell us whether I'm staying in hospital or next.
